EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Higher Architecture (no degrees in design or others).
- Spanish degree or authorization to work in Spain on the interview date.
- Licensed Architect in Spain essential.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2/3 years of continuous and demonstrable experience in the development and management of architecture projects in the following area:
- New construction or rehabilitation of exclusive and/or luxury residential properties.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conceptual and technical development of projects.
- Quality time management of projects.
- Market research and management of physical samples of materials, finishes,…
- Ability to manage and coordinate external technical resources (engineering and other consultants) in all phases of the project.
- Development of advanced 3D modelling in Sketchup.
REQUIREMENTS
- Mastery of computer tools: Adobe Pack – Sketchup – Microsoft Office.
- A very high level of spoken and written English is essential, in a formal register and with background and architectural foundations.
- Knowledge of French and/or other languages will be positively valued.

- Ability to manage time.
- Competition to combine different projects in phase, type and scale.
- Attention to detail and design.
- Proactive personality.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- On-site in-studio job and three days a month of home office.
- Immediate incorporation.
- Competitive remuneration, according to experience.
- Trial period: 6 months, after which indefinite incorporation is offered.
- Type of contract: Indefinite (to be discussed with the Financial Department).
