Senior Architect
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Higher Architecture (no degrees in design or others).
- Spanish degree or authorization to work in Spain on the interview date.
- Licensed Architect in Spain essential.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5/6 years of continuous and demonstrable experience in the development and management of architecture projects in the following area:
- New construction or rehabilitation of exclusive and/or luxury residential properties.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conceptual and technical development of projects.
- Quality time management of projects.
- Market research and management of physical samples of materials, finishes,…
- Ability to manage and coordinate external technical resources (engineering and other consultants) in all phases of the project.
- Development of advanced 3D modelling in Sketchup.
REQUIREMENTS
- Mastery of computer tools: Adobe Pack – Sketchup – Microsoft Office.
- A very high level of spoken and written English is essential, in a formal register and with background and architectural foundations.
- Knowledge of French and/or other languages will be positively valued.
COMPETENCES
- Ability to manage time.
- Competition to combine different projects in phase, type and scale.

- Degree in Technical Architecture or equivalent.
- Spanish qualification or qualification to work in Spain at the date of the interview.
- Spanish membership of a professional association in Spain is essential.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of continuous and demonstrable experience in the development and management of construction projects.
Experience in the execution of works, budgets, quality control, measurements and certifications, resolution of technical problems and work details.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in computer tools: AutoCAD, Presto, Microsoft Office
- Very high level of spoken and written English, in formal register and with architectural background and fundamentals.
- Knowledge in:
- Drawing up technical reports
- CTE – Technical Building Code
- IT – Technical Suitability Report
- EBSS – Basic Health and Safety Study
