Torret de Baix Houses

Designed for outdoor living, the Torret de Baix houses feature an architectural and interior design that blends in with the environment. The outdoor spaces are bathed in sunlight throughout the day and become an oasis for gazing at the starry sky at night. They consist of a south-facing swimming pool and a garden with local flora and vegetation.

What is more, in order to promote outdoor living, these villas boast a wooden pergola that houses an outdoor living and dining room, while providing both light and shade, hence extending the experience of unwinding and breaking free from the tyranny of the clock, lulled by the sea breeze.

The design of the Torret de Baix houses was based on the fluid transition between spaces and natural light. The open-plan layout enables circulation and flow between rooms, whereas the large glass walls allow the Mediterranean light to flood every corner, thus integrating outdoor and indoor spaces in a natural way.

The living room is the core of the house and is linked to the outdoor areas thanks to the glass doors that fold back completely, blurring the lines between outside and inside, which coexist in perfect harmony.
