The large open spaces define the essence of the villa and the tropical lifestyle, where the fluidity between rooms is achieved through sliding glass doors that, once opened, are completely hidden. 

Natural light floods into every corner of the house through the large panoramic windows and the line between inside and outside is virtually blurred.

Inspired by the tropical atmosphere of its location, Tulum Villa features an abundance of greenery in its design, both indoors and outdoors. Indoor gardens, vertical gardens and even hanging vegetation, the local flora is one of the key elements of the villa.
