Perched in an elevated location, Casa Costa Brava balances classic Mediterranean elements and contemporary luxury, while making enjoying the sunrise and sunset on the horizon a daily ritual, a reminder of the magic that lies on the Catalan coastline.
The consolidation of the outdoor living areas and extolling the outdoor lifestyle have been the main premises when working on the design of this house. Maintaining the classic Mediterranean architecture, with white walls and an extensive garden with local flora and botany, this home expands from the inside out, converting the terrace, with wooden pergolas, into outdoor lounges to enjoy all year round.

This house is characterized by its two floors of open spaces and great spaciousness allowing for comfortable and natural transitions. The living room is the epicenter of this house and transmits warmth thanks to the arrangement of the furniture and the fireplace, a perfect combination to achieve an elegant and sophisticated space that is also comfortable.
This house has timeless architectural elements and details designed to improve the lives of those who live in it, such as a large kitchen with an independent island that leads to a dining table where to meet with the beloved ones.
The main room, converted into a refuge, is designed to provide tranquility and privacy, while, at the same time, the large windows frame of the terraces and invite to contemplate the beauty of the landscape from every corner, creating a feeling of unity.
Dressed and adorned with a mix of neutral colors and Mediterranean inspiration, it combines noble materials such as wood and stone with the contemporary steel of the spiral staircase that connects the two floors.
