ESSENCE AND PERSONALITY ON THE ADRIATIC SEA
An open and bright architectural design blurs the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, combining sophistication and luxury with the charm of the Croatian coastline.
The facades of the villas, covered in stone, capture the most traditional essence of the Mediterranean, while their warm and earthy tones unify the houses with their natural surroundings.
The choice of noble and durable materials gives Istria Villas an authentic and comfortable atmosphere, creating a truly unique setting. Wood, found both inside and out, gives a rustic and welcoming touch. In the interiors, materials such as marble and stone in soft and light tones stand out.
OUTDOOR SPACES DESIGNED TO BE ENJOYED
The outdoor spaces of Istria Villas are the heart of the project. Designed to be enjoyed at any time of the year, each the area is designed for the disconnection and enjoyment of its inhabitants.
The large garden, perfect for spending time in the open air, features a south-facing pool with a chill-out area. There’s also an outdoor kitchen and dining space under a wooden pergola, providing privacy while creating a mesmerizing play of light and shadow.
CONNECTED SPACES
The villas achieve a perfect harmony with the surroundings by blending the indoor and outdoor areas. The glass doors in the living room and large windows throughout the rooms invite nature inside while extending the social areas outdoors to create a single hybrid area connected to nature.
INTERIORS WITH IDENTITY
Natural light is the central feature of Villas Istria, which are distributed over two floors. On the main floor, we find a generous open space that combines the kitchen with the living-dining room and a wine cellar, encouraging a seamless interaction between the social areas and with the outdoors as well. On the upper floor, the night area is designed for family relaxation, featuring three spacious en-suite bedrooms with views of the outside, creating a real sense of belonging.
Throughout all interior spaces, neutral and warm tones are combined with a darker color palette, creating a sense of continuity between spaces.
The cosy furniture, with modern and clean lines and a distinctly contemporary yet timeless style, has been carefully selected to reflect the identity and personality of its residents. The minimalist and sober decoration acts as the perfect complement to create a functional and comfortable atmosphere.
