A home in the Mediterranean paradise
Our latest project, “Villa Formentera Sur”, is a destination of peace and calm on the smallest of the Balearic Isles. This villa is located in 25 hectares of land in the south of Formentera, bordering a cliff, the Mediterranean Sea and a natural stream called “Es Fondo”. The property also features a historic path which leads to private mooring, and access for own use to a small beach with a large natural cave.
The villa has been designed using the latest technologies, promoting energy efficiency and ecological air conditioning.
There are four double ensuite bedrooms, three in the main house and the fourth in the guest house, a living-dining room with a spacious kitchen and a wet kitchen. The villa also features a roof-top area ceilinged with vegetation designed to extend life spent outside, with a chillout zone and an exterior kitchen. The cellar of the villa is also provided with a space to store wine, a home cinema, and a wellness zone with gymnasium and wet zone.

Architectural elements mark the borders between the interior and exterior spaces which flow together in a sea of calm.
The garden is designed to become an oasis of tranquility and be a reflection of Mediterranean life-style, with covered terraces converted into exterior living spaces, a wooden pergola and a south facing swimming pool.
Villa Formentera Sur is the perfect place from which to view the best sun-sets, the sunlight reflecting on the rocks defining a thousand shades of blue.
