Sarrià House

A residential architecture project that reinterprets a high-end home in one of Barcelona’s most exclusive neighborhoods, combining well-being, natural light and a way of living designed for everyday enjoyment.

This single-family residential project is located in Sarrià, on a quiet residential passage within one of Barcelona’s most exclusive neighborhoods, where each home enjoys privacy and a direct connection to its rear garden. Our project starts with a five-storey house, preserving the original façade and selected exterior finishes that engage with the surroundings and reinforce the property´s identity.

Our design completely transformed the interior, adapting it to a contemporary way of living that feels open, fluid and deeply connected to the outdoors. The aim is to create a comfortable, light-filled and balanced home, where every space invites natural and effortless enjoyment.

The project strengthens the indoor-outdoor connection, treating exterior spaces as seamless extensions of the home. The rear garden merges visually and functionally with the ground floor, inviting use throughout the year.

Pergolas play a key role ensuring thermal comfort by regulating temperature and mirroring indoor ambiance outdoors, while casting a dynamic play of light and shadow that evolves with the day for captivating visuals.

The rooftop terrace offers full outdoor living with a swimming pool, solarium and outdoor kitchen, rounding out tailored exteriors for relaxation, leisure, and al fresco enjoyment.
