Gava Mar House

Gavà Mar House is a contemporary villa located in the coastal town of Gavà, near Barcelona, designed around a refined Mediterranean way of living. The project responds to a clear idea: today’s homes should offer versatile, enjoyable spaces that adapt to people, their routines and the different ways they choose to live.

At Luv Studio, we approached this residence as an exercise in architecture and interior design, where natural light, privacy and a constant connection with the outdoors define the experience of the home. Set on the seafront, the villa encourages open-air living while preserving comfort, calm and wellbeing inside.

Arranged across four storeys, the villa includes four double bedrooms and living areas that soften the boundary between interior and exterior. The project brings together luxury interior design and functional planning, creating a home that supports rest, work, play and personal care with equal attention.

The basement extends the house into a complete private lifestyle environment, with a gym, an office and a children’s play area. On the rooftop, a chill-out area with sauna, jacuzzi and firepit becomes a privileged place to unwind, gather with others or enjoy the Mediterranean horizon throughout the day.
