High spatiality
Spatiality and movement as an architectural experience
The project is based on a carefully designed spatial sequence, where the views, heights and natural light create a seamless architectural experience. The main entrance leads to a high-ceilinged space that acts as the heart of the dwelling and frames the views of the Kent countryside.
At this point, the curved, sculptural staircase appears as an integral part of the architecture. Throughout the tour, double-height spaces, inner courtyards and subtle changes of scale introduce an array of moments that gradually reveal the house, while offering different ambiences depending on the space and time of day.
Shared living
Open common areas for shared living

Mediterranean essence
A project language imbued by materiality and ambience
The project ambience is based on the conscious use of natural materials and a poised, timeless colour range. Wood, stone and seamless textures define a cozy and silent architecture, where comfort is perceived through the senses.
This materiality with its Mediterranean sensitivity is being reinterpreted in the context of Kent, while adding character and depth to the ensemble. Thus, it is a home that finds its identity in the balance between place, matter and architecture, while establishing an honest and lasting relationship with the surrounding rural landscape.
