The One Hotel Dakar redefines the concept of a hotel in Dakar, transforming a vertical icon into a comprehensive proposal of hotel architecture and interior design. Conceived for a global and detail-oriented traveler, the project delivers an experience where space, materiality and light create a refined and cohesive narrative.

Located in a strategic area of the city, the building emerges as a new landmark within the skyline, combining contemporary design, technical innovation and a carefully orchestrated spatial approach aligned with high-end hospitality design.

The hotel interior design is defined by a precise combination of noble materials, vertical geometries and a carefully curated lighting concept. Fluted columns, reflective ceilings and suspended lighting elements create a consistent spatial language that guides the guest throughout the building.

Common areas such as, restaurant, lobby, lounge and transition spaces, are conceived as fluid sequences where comfort and aesthetics are seamlessly balanced. The material palette combines natural stone, warm woods, metals and textiles, bringing depth and character to each environment.

One of the project’s most distinctive features is its sky bar, located over 250 meters above ground, becoming a destination within the city itself. This space merges architecture, interior design and gastronomy, offering panoramic views within a striking atmosphere.

The main restaurant and F&B areas are conceived through openness and visual continuity, where the relationship between interior and exterior becomes essential. Vertical lighting, double-height spaces and integrated greenery introduce a scenographic dimension that enhances the user experience.

The fitness center redefines the traditional workout environment by merging strict functional efficiency with sophisticated interior storytelling. The space is articulated around expansive, full-height windows that maximize natural light intake while maintaining the rigorous rhythmic pattern of the tower’s facade.

High-resistance, professional-grade materials dialog harmoniously with warm walnut accents and a dynamic lighting system.
