Contemporary architecture connected to Menorca
In the peaceful village of Torret, Menorca, Torret Villas presents two homes designed with a calm, precise vision and a deep connection to the surrounding landscape. The project brings together architecture and interior design to create a residential experience that respects the island’s identity and translates it into contemporary, warm and timeless spaces.
At Luv Studio, we approach every project as a dialogue with its setting.
Here, dry stone, wood, natural light and local vegetation define an architecture of clean lines that integrates naturally into the Mediterranean landscape.
The result is a pair of villas conceived to enjoy Menorca’s slower rhythm, with open spaces, honest materials and a constant relationship between indoor and outdoor living.
Local and natural materials
Stone, wood and light as the main language
The choice of local materials brings texture, continuity and authenticity to the project. The dry-stone façades, in warm earthy tones, evoke the traditional architecture of the island and strength...
Open-plan interiors
Open spaces with carefully planned privacy
The single-storey layout creates a comfortable, intuitive and fluid way of living. Kitchen, dining room and living area come together in a large, bright and functional social space, designed for welcoming guests, conversation and everyday moments shared with ease.
This configuration allows the main living areas to open towards the exterior terraces, strengthening the connection with the garden, the pool and the views.
At the same time, the night areas are strategically arranged to preserve privacy and guarantee rest.
The result is a house interior design project where openness, privacy and functionality coexist with quiet elegance.
Maximum attention to detail

Outdoor spaces designed to be lived in
Pool, pergola and rooftop with landscape views
The south-facing pool is one of the defining features of Torret Villas. Reflecting the blue of the sky and surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with local vegetation and flora, it creates a fresh, natural setting designed for long summer days.
The outdoor lounge beneath the wooden pergola and the open-air kitchen extend the experience of the home, transforming the terrace into an ideal space for sharing time with family and friends. The house does not end indoors: it continues outside, making the most of Menorca’s climate and light.
The rooftop adds a special dimension to the project, offering open views of the landscape and a privileged place to relax at the end of the day. From the terrace, the sunsets become one of the home’s most memorable experiences, with warm tones transforming the surroundings and deepening the emotional connection with the place.
As a whole, Torret Villas expresses a calm and sophisticated vision of luxury architecture, fully aligned with the Mediterranean essence of Menorca.
