The single-storey layout creates a comfortable, intuitive and fluid way of living. Kitchen, dining room and living area come together in a large, bright and functional social space, designed for welcoming guests, conversation and everyday moments shared with ease.

This configuration allows the main living areas to open towards the exterior terraces, strengthening the connection with the garden, the pool and the views.

At the same time, the night areas are strategically arranged to preserve privacy and guarantee rest.
