The Carlyle Luxury Apartments are comprised of two buildings on the Les Almadies sea front, the most exclusive zone in Dakar, Senegal. Our complete intervention translates into the creation of two luxury residential buildings giving rise to a large amount of flats.

Contemporary design surrounded by local nature
This project is designed to extol and bring indigenous plant life closer in, and at the same time blur the fine line separating the interior and exterior spaces.
The exteriors of the two buildings have wooden plank facings as the perfect frame for the panoramic views.
An oasis of peace and comfort
Each flat is designed to transform into an oasis of peace and comfort. Additionally, to make the most of sunlight, and to increase energy saving as well as protection from extreme heat, the latest technology is used. All the amenities expected in a construction of this quality are present: outdoor swimming pool, rooftop bar and chill-out, gymnasium and shared leisure zones.
