The Energy Tower is a future icon in the city of Dakar in Senegal, a building intending to change the horizon line in the local landscape. The architectural design of this project was to define an easily recognized building, timeless and inspirational, whilst upholding high standards of sustainability and technology.
Leading business hub
The Energy Tower will be converted into “The One Indépendance”, a leading business hub on the continent. All the facilities and equipment expected in a project of this size will be featured in the building.

The One Sky Bar
The project also offers the whole experience of gastronomy with “The One Sky Bar”, a terrace with panoramic views of the city of Dakar at a height of more than 250 metres. The architectural design of The One Sky Bar aims to define a timeless and inspiring space, whilst maintaining high standards of sustainability and technology. Built with the aim of becoming an oasis in the financial heart of Dakar, it provides an air conditioning system and protection from solar radiation designed for the maximum harnessing of natural light.
