The Y-Hotel was designed to become a local icon in the capital, a 5-star hotel to host local business people and expatriate workers based or in transit in Cameroon.

The 150- room hotel includes communal areas to maximise social interaction, and 4 types of privileged room categories. With a strong focus on showcasing an image of contemporary architecture, Y-Hotel was erected as a vertical tower, with 360-degree suites, and a horizontal base featuring the communal and service areas.
