Architectural Icon

Spatial openness and connection with the surroundings

Located in one of Barcelona’s most iconic areas, this residential project sits between the Eixample district and Sant Gervasi, within a landmark building designed by Marc Saugey in 1969. Its distinctive concave frontage, opening onto Francesc Macià Square, positions the residence as a key reference in the city’s contemporary architecture.

This project stands as one of our largest-scale residential works in one of Barcelona’s most prestigious areas, Turó Park: a 600 m² apartment conceived to engage with the building’s elliptical geometry while making the most of open spaces, panoramic views and a strong relationship with the urban environment.

Exclusive residence

A blank canvas

The project was approached as a true blank canvas, allowing the design to respond precisely to the client’s lifestyle while elevating the experience of living just steps away from Turó Park, one of Barcelona’s most sought-after locations. The layout is organised around generous day areas, fluid social spaces and a bespoke open-plan kitchen.

The residence also includes four en-suite bedrooms designed as private retreats, as well as a fitness room integrated into the home, reinforcing a sense of balance and wellbeing. Every decision follows a integral vision of architecture and interior design, where functionality and aesthetics coexist naturally.

Contemporary luxury

A timeless urban residence

With the aim of shaping a distinctive identity for the apartment, the design is based on a palette of neutral tones, organic lines and carefully selected materials. Open, light-filled spaces create a sense of continuity and calm in the heart of the city.

Each room prioritises personal experience, avoiding unnecessary elements and embracing a serene aesthetic that reinforces the timeless character of the project. The result is a luxury urban residence that transcends trends and focuses on spatial quality.

Curated design

The role of materials, light and furniture

Natural oak flooring runs throughout the apartment, providing warmth and visual continuity. Light plays a central role: natural daylight enters through floor-to-ceiling windows, while integrated indirect lighting defines welcoming atmospheres in the shared spaces.

Every piece of furniture, decorative element and artwork has been individually selected by the Luv Lifestyle team, ensuring coherence, balance and a unified reading of the space.

Subtle style

Francesc Macià 10: everything you could expect

The apartment forms part of a private development of eight residences offering the amenities of a high-end residential complex: 24-hour concierge and staff, swimming pool, gym and sauna.

A proposal that redefines luxury living in Barcelona, combining privacy, comfort and design-led living.
