The architectural design of this flat is focused on recovering its historical soul and heritage by way of contemporary solutions.


The main challenge of the rehab was to join two flats into one, with the recreation of a typical Catalan mosaic on the entrance floor with wood and marble. 

The main living area in this flat is open and spacious, with a part that can be closed off for more privacy if needed, and an open kitchen in tones of white combining marble and wood.
