South Formentera Villa

South Formentera Villa is a private residence designed to experience the Mediterranean through calm, precision and a close connection with its surroundings. Set on 25 hectares in the south of the island, beside a cliff, the villa opens towards the sea, native vegetation and the natural stream known as "Es Fondo", one of the landscape features that gives the project its distinctive identity.

The estate also includes a historic path leading to a private mooring.

From there, residents can access a small beach for private use, complete with a large natural cave — an exceptional setting that adds privacy, character and a direct relationship with the territory.

At Luv Studio, we understand luxury architecture as a balance between proportion, materiality and emotion. The main house includes three double ensuite bedrooms, a living and dining area, a spacious kitchen and a wet kitchen, while the guest house offers a fourth independent suite.
