The One Tower is a future icon in the city of Dakar in Senegal, a building intending to change the horizon line in the local landscape. The architectural design of this project was to define an easily recognized building, timeless and inspirational, whilst upholding high standards of sustainability and technology.

The One Tower will be converted into a leading business hub on the continent. All the facilities and equipment expected in a project of this size will be featured in the building.
Gastronomy at altitude
The One Sky Bar
The project also offers the whole experience of gastronomy with “The One Sky Bar”, a terrace at a height of more than 250 metres.
The air conditioning system and protection from solar radiation is designed for the maximum harnessing of natural light.
