The Chimney Loft

A loft that blends refinement with industrial style. This Can Ricart Loft features high ceilings, oak wood, structural beams turned into sculptures as well as a minimalist and timeless design.

This project is located in Barcelona's most technological, innovative and trendy neighbourhood 22@, perfectly balancing history, design and uniqueness.

A complete renovation of a loft designed to transform a compartmentalised apartment into an open, warm and connected home. Created for a couple, the project brings together layout, materials, furniture, lighting and styling into a coherent and timeless language.

The outdoor area was conceived as a direct extension of the loft rather than a separate zone. Large openings maximize natural light and strengthen the relationship between interior and exterior spaces, creating a more flexible and open way of living.

The garden expands the perception of space while improving circulation and daily comfort. A refined selection of luxury outdoor furniture was incorporated to maintain aesthetic consistency between both environments while providing durability and comfort.

Outdoor lighting and decorative details reinforce this continuity and create an atmosphere equally suited for relaxing moments or social gatherings. Through this integration, the project extends the living experience beyond the interior square meters and establishes a natural balance between architecture, design and outdoor living.
