Binibeca Villa presents a refined way of living in Menorca, shaped by light, openness and a constant connection with the island’s landscape. Designed by LUV Studio, the project interprets Mediterranean life through generous outdoor areas, calm interiors and an architectural language that feels both contemporary and deeply rooted in place.

The villa brings together interior design, architecture and landscape with a clear purpose: to create a functional family home with the sophistication expected from a high-end Mediterranean residence. Large openings, expansive terraces and fluid spatial transitions allow daily life to move naturally between the living room, the pool, the garden and the sea views.

The interiors are defined by a soft palette of natural tones, wood, stone and tactile fabrics that bring warmth without visual excess. Every decision supports clarity, comfort and understated elegance, making the most of natural light in interior spaces and creating rooms that feel open, balanced and serene.
