Giza, home to one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, serves as the setting for our first project in Egypt. Giza, a city on the banks of the Nile River, opposite Cairo, is known world-wide as the pinnacle of ancient civilization and for its abundance of culture and history.
The New Giza Apartment complex is found in this prestigious location near the New Giza Golf Club. This project consists of seventeen luxury apartments spread across two buildings, redefining the concept of elegance and comfort.
This project for residential buildings captures the essence of an exclusive lifestyle in a peaceful green landscape with panoramic views of the city of Giza.

ORGANIC LINES OPEN TO THE OUTDOORS
The two buildings that make up the New Giza Apartments have been designed to challenge traditional architectural customs, embracing an organic and dynamic form that blends perfectly with the natural surroundings. The structures are characterized by fluid dimensions and curved lines, giving a sense of movement to the façade.
Each apartment features spacious private terraces, ideal spaces for relaxing outdoors with a direct connection to the surroundings.
CONTEMPORARY APPROACH FOR A BALANCED SETTING
The interiors of each apartment have been composed with a contemporary and timeless perspective. Discretely, the design features a neutral colour palette accentuated by touches of colour in the furniture and decor, enhancing a peaceful, balanced atmosphere.
The use of wood in the finishes adds natural warmth and an organic touch, while darker-toned accessories provide an elegant contrast.
Each of the penthouses features spacious terraces and a private swimming pool.
PASSIVE ARCHITECTURE
The New Giza Apartments are built following the principles of eco-friendly construction. The use of local materials ensures that every detail of the construction respects and reflects the beauty of the surroundings. Wooden pergolas on each terrace and balcony frame the privileged views whilst reducing the impact of the sun in the east and west-facing rooms, promoting climate control and insulation in each apartment.
COMMUNAL SPACES DESIGNED FOR ENJOYMENT
